Vanilla has become my favourite flavour. I thought why not at it to my chocolate muffins that should surely make for a great combo. And it did.I loved these muffins and so did my family. They literally disappeared in a flash. So here’s the recipe….
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Vanilla sugar / Vanilla paste
1 cup of coconut milk
2 tbsp of oil
Firstly add all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Then mix well.
Secondly add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
Prepare your cupcake tins and place the cupcake cases.
Evenly pour the batter into each case and place the tray into the oven at 180-200 degrees.
Allow to bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until risen.
