Perfect Oatmeal

My favourite way to begin the day is with a big bowl of oatmeal and fresh sweet fruit on top. It’s really simple, quick, healthy and just dam right good. So let’s get straight to the recipe…

INGREDIENTS

. 1 cup of oats

. 1 tablespoon of organic blackstrap molasses

. 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

.3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut

. Cinnamon

. Freshly grated Ginger

. Hot water

. FRESH FRUIT my favourites are kiwis, frozen berries the bananas, Apples, pears and passion fruit

. Feel free to add any powders like baobab or carob

RECIPE

. add all your dry ingredients together and mix well

. Then add the blackstrap molasses but don’t mix until the hot water is add

. Mix in the hot water until you have a desired consistency

. The final step is to add the fresh fruit and decorate your canvas like you mean it

. Then devour
